There is a tramway close by. - This was a fantastic hotel to stay in as we had a toddler with us who loved the pool. Although the prom was a 10 min walk we were so pleased we stayed in the Novotel as we were able to see all areas of Nice with only a short walk. The food, staff and facilities were excellent and if I ever stay in Nice again i will be booking this hotel.

The staffs at the reception were really helpful. they know a lot about Nice, where to eat, what to do & even provided us with map and train timetable. The train station to monte carlo on 4 blocks fr the hotel!
The room suits our need. We travelled with a baby so it was good to have a kitchenette. We knew before booking that room service only

We liked the well equipped kitchen. There were cleaning materials
including dishwasher tablets. The parking was very secure with lift
access to the hotel. The only thing was that the decor, although
modern, was a bit dark and the furnishings did not make the room
inviting. There is a large shopping complex containing a Carrefours
supermarket, directly opposite. It is only a 300 metre walk to the tram
stop which is handy.

The night staff was great and accommodating, the pool was clean and well kept as was the sauna, the location was excellent, I had a room with a balcony which was lovely, the noise was well insulated out, and the products in the WC were Fragonard! The beach at Villefranche is awful and absolutely rammed with people as
it is the only public beach for miles. Far better to use the hotels
private beach across the bay. The decor of the room was sweet but a

The hotel is in the best location with an excellent view from your
balcony overlooking the harbour. The staff couldn't have been more

has a train station for travelling to Nice, Monaco etc.

Hotel was centrally located, close to shops, bus, tram. Service was warm, friendly and welcoming. Free internet in rooms, with PC in alcove by lobby. Room was excellent. . .warm, good-sized (privelege room) and most comfortable. Toiletries in bathroom very generous...soap, shampoo, body lotion, cotton buds, pads, shower-cap, etc. A home from home.

we upgraded to a superior room and it was very nice, with a lovely aspect - overlooking all the fountains in the Park Massena. - Very clean peaceful and quiet, in prime location with very good restaurant

I have stayed in the Excelsior several times and as I have friends who live in Nice and I can visit them easier as I now know my way to their house. I first stayed in the Excelsior with the Travel Department. I found both the rates and the location were good. - Location was very convenient. It was close to shopping, eating and sights to see.

η τοποθεσία του κοντά στο κέντρο - The staff on reception couldnt have been more helpful, the room had a lot of character and location was excellent to get the real feel of nice. We loved Le Grimaldi it was better than I expected. I did a lot of researching on trip advisor and cannot understand how anyone could have any complaints - Lovely hotel
