We stayed at Old palace resort for 3.nights for vacation. Reception staff were very friendly and very helpful specially Mr. Sherif very professional and was following up with all my needs after check-in.
Also, Housekeeping is very good. Room very cleaning and well maintained
excellent view of the red sea. Food is very good , amazing -

The hotel had a great pool area, very spacious with sun beds. Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. Rooms were clean and comfortable. -

The staff was all time very friendly.
The food was varied and delicious.
As a young couple on honeymoon we got special suprise.
The coral reef is unbelievable.

The hotel is very luxurious, very comfort, I like alot its design, the
swimming pools, the beach and the sea, the tasty food, service was
outstanding moreover the activity for children in away that will give
the family the time to enjoy , frankly speaking I strongly recommend

It was one of the best vacations for the whole family . We enjoyed the pools , peach ,snorkeling and diving ,food ... etc . Staff were so nice and very Professional . Rooms service and cleanness is excellent. Beach and water sports are one of best things in the hotel. Best value for money and had enjoyed every moment....

the hotel staff are very helpful, kind and polite. simply the best hotel staff i ve ever seen.

We had a 4 days reservation and extended one more day (wished we could extend more), we had spacious family room with large bathroom.
what I liked the most is :
-Staff Dedication: Receptionists , Mr Salah the night manager ( took care of a problem with my door lock and gave us another room in better place)

All was perfect. The food was very good and with great variety . We suggest to try the a la carte hotel arabbeya, amazing really. Room 15202 beautiful position and nice half suite . Staff very professional . We will come back for sure! Special thanks to the front line manager speaking italian mr Lotfy!

The hotel is an excellent choice in Sahl Hasheesh. The staff is amazing! From spotless cleanliness by Eid to service with a smile everywhere you go. The Sunglasses man Sabry kept our eyes clear enough to enjoy the incredible sea. Ibrahim took care of us every where we went. Mohamed the driver exhibited the wonderful kindness only expected from Lux

Hasan, khalid and Amr were very welcoming at the lobby and reception desk.
They assisted me with all my queries and i was very satisfied with their service and hospitality.
Waiters and other staff such as, Eid, Ramadan, Saber, karim Mohammed, Ahmed and Salah were very helpful and attentive to my needs. The hotel manager was also very kind and generous.

but I can honestly say that Les cascades is truly a fabulous hotel.
Staff are superb, service is second to none and Soma Bay beach is just

Friendly and helpful staff. I am impressed with their courteous treatment of their guests. Good food and service. Outstanding SPA. Very nice swimming pool. If you like to be in a nice quite place, then this is the hotel to be in. The hotel is very far away from town which could be an advantage (or a disadvantage to some). The food was also excellent.
