Reception staff were very friendly and very helpful specially Mr. Sherif very professional and was following up with all my needs after check-in. Also, Housekeeping is very good.   The hotel is an excellent choice in Sahl Hasheesh. The staff is amazing! From spotless cleanliness by Eid to service with a smile everywhere you go. The Sunglasses man Sabry kept our eyes clear enough to enjoy the incredible sea. Ibrahim took care of us every where we went. Waiters and other staff such as, Eid, Ramadan, Saber, karim Mohammed, Ahmed and Salah were very helpful and attentive to my needs. The hotel manager was also very kind and generous.

  I am a well travelled person, and I have stayed in many parts of Egypt, but I can honestly say that Les cascades is truly a fabulous hotel. Staff are superb, service is second to none and Soma Bay beach is just wonderful. Why would anyone fly for so many hours to the carribean, when this place of wonder is only 4 and a half hours away!
