Splendid. 5 minutes walk from the metro station, Malostranska. Just beside the historical Kaluruf bridge. Excellent services and professional treat. I will stay this hotel next. No tubs in bathroom, I don't care. - perfect location of the hotel, comfort

1. Location- just 4 min walk to Karluv most, we had every day romantic night walk back from downtown, no people in Kampa island at night;
2. Very queit place inspite of it is in the center, sleep very well at night, no noise at all;
3. Nice big room - we had delux room on the third floor;

Staff were friendly and very helpful, i especially appreciated the birthday wish and chocolate left in my room for my daughter's birthday. The location is great, only a minute away from Charles Bridge, but situated in a quite place, away from the crowds and noise. The family suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. The family-operated Pension was
build in 1500s and is still in great condition. The rooms are huge. The
furniture is nice. The tv has many interesting channels. The bathroom is
very impressive even without a full bathtub. The breakfast is excellent
and it is included. The place is clean and quiet despite being

great for old city tours, Castle tours, and romantic walk along Vltava.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff.
This is a lovely oasis in the Mala Strana area, great for restaurants, cafes and green spaces.
The house itself is historically very important as the home of the DIentenhofers, a multigenerational family of architects responsible for many Baroque buildings in Prague and beyond. The equivalent in London would be finding you're staying in Christpher Wren's old house...

The rooms in 6th floor are marvelous and have unique view to the castle or the bridge. The staff was unexpectantly polite . The restaurant was high quality. - Very competent and helpful English speaking staff at the reception desk (especially Lenka).Very good waiters in a hotel restaurant and very tasty food served there..

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and had a good variety. The location was excellent. The room was great. - Great location right next to the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle! Beautiful, spacious room.

Everything. We could not fault one aspect of the hotel. Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Hotel immacuately clean. Decor excellent. Food delicious. -
The location was perfect, walking distance to Prague castle compound and
other attractions. The hotel was quiet and stylish. Staff was nice.

The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

Our room was bright, quiet, cool and spacious! It was absolute heaven tobe able to access tea and coffee at any time. And, the breakfast was thebest we had in all of Europe! - good service.helpful staff very informative,clean rooms, good food,close to sights,good security systems,always someone available,refreshments in lobby.

Hotel Description: a 5 stars hotel, newly open on September 2013.
Hotel Location: One of the best, only one minute walking distance to the center of old city. Also one minute walking distance to Metro Station.
Hotel Staff: Smiley helpful and looking for your comfort.
Hotel Room: very small for 5 stars hotel but very well furnished.
Hotel Breakfast: Poor.
Hotel Room View: No view at all
Hotel Price: Maybe expensive for 5 stars hotel.
