1. Location- just 4 min walk to Karluv most, we had every day romantic night walk back from downtown, no people in Kampa island at night;

Staff were friendly and very helpful, i especially appreciated the birthday wish and chocolate left in my room for my daughter's birthday. The location is great, only a minute away from Charles Bridge, but situated in a quite place, away from the crowds and noise. The family suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff.
This is a lovely oasis in the Mala Strana area, great for restaurants, cafes and green spaces.
The house itself is historically very important as the home of the DIentenhofers, a multigenerational family of architects responsible for many Baroque buildings in Prague and beyond. The equivalent in London would be finding you're staying in Christpher Wren's old house...

Bonne situation centrale,bon restaurant et service aimable - The rooms in 6th floor are marvelous and have unique view to the castle or the bridge. The staff was unexpectantly polite . Everything. We could not fault one aspect of the hotel. Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Hotel immacuately clean. Decor excellent. Food delicious. -

Hotel Location: One of the best, only one minute walking distance to the center of old city. Also one minute walking distance to Metro Station.
Hotel Staff: Smiley helpful and looking for your comfort.
Hotel Room: very small for 5 stars hotel but very well furnished.
Hotel Breakfast: Poor.
