The owner of the property (Elice) is a lovely lady and very helpful and genuine. The house is absolutely beautiful and far enough out of Zadar to avoid noise and crowds but you would need to have a car really for this place. The top floor (family suite) ensures you have plenty of privacy if you need it and you never feel like you are intruding on her home.

We have stayed here before and it is always excellent. Maria and Marina are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble, it has a good restaurant and is only a few metres from a small beach and a lovely small harbour. The room was a decent size with air conditioning and a balcony and as always very clean and comfortable.
We arrived by motorcycle and there was plenty of space for private parking.

The owners were lovely. The studio we stayed in was clean, wi-fi working perfectly, so was the air conditioning. Very plesant place to stay, with modern bathroom and furnishings and terrace. Very good location as well - the beach was 1 minute walk down the street, food store, cafe and ATM just around the corned. We had a perfect stay. -

Owners are very friendly and nice. Generally if you looking not crowded beach, want to rest, this area it's a good choise.

The apartment was clean and well-furnished with many thoughts given to guest comfort. The hosts offered to both meet us at the airport and return us to the airport at a fraction of the cost of a taxi. We were close to the beach and to markets where we could buy food to cook at home or bring on picnics. Truly an excellent value for the money! -

The Batur family was quiet helpful in answering our queries. Apartment was clean and well kept. Bus stop is nearby - 5-10 mins walk. A further 10-15 mins bus ride to the old city. Bus is also frequent. a local shop is nearby. lot of restuarants nearby to spend a nice lovely evening. Locality was nice. Overall a good experience

Great location to access Paklenica National Park. Modern, clean, tidy, stylish family run hotel. Lovely relaxing atmostphere, romantic outook from our balcony room. Option to swim right in front of the hotel. Fabulous food including fresh fish cooked outside on a purpose built brick oven with hotplate. Hotel owner went out of her way to accommodate our needs. We loved everything about this hotel. We had a two bed appartment with a lovely patio and sea view. Breakfast was very good. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. To get to town was a 10 min walk to a pier then we were ferried across the harbour in a row boat for a couple of euros ( for all 5 Of us) -

The staff were very helpful, particularly in booking us a taxi to the airport and letting us go in the pool before our room was ready when we arrived early.

The directions we received from the owner where excellent and we received a warm and friendly welcome when we arrived. We even got an upgrade to a sea view room at no extra charge. Dora the owner was very friendly and keen to make us elcome and help with any local knowledge. We requested that we had a vegan breakfast option (included in price) and

Dora is a most beautiful, helpful, big hearted host! We got a warm
welcome, and could check in even before the time! It's a nice
