Beautiful apartment, fitted out to a very high standard and with a very large balcony. Pebble beach with very clear sea is at the end of the driveway. Hosts were lovely and very friendly - they even held a barbecue evening for all their guests free of charge and made vegetarian food especially for us. -

The apartment is right in the centre of the old town which is by far the place to stay if your visiting zadar.
For anyone who hasn't been the old town is seaway to get around, you can walk round the whole thing in half an hour, but there is till loads to do. So ,icy to see, places to eat and drink...you could send all week in the old town and not

Our experience with Downtown Accomodations was fantastic from start to finish. Ivan contacted us prior to our travel to coordinate our arrival including picking us up at the airport. He was a fantastic host giving us an overview of the city, sites and suggestions on restaurants and bars.
The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked. The homemade brandy was quite a nice treat. There is plenty of room and the bathroom is spacious. The AC worked well.

Absolutely loved this place. THe hosts were simply amazing. Thoughtful and thorough. It was just so sad we only got to stay here for the one night. On our return to Zadar we will definitely stay here longer and will try to saty at this apartment.

Owner Jelena and his husband were excellent. Well maintained facility. Full kitchen. Room with air conditioning. Laundry machine in bathroom. Sattellite tv. Nice sunny. Laundry is well dried. Really kind owner. Introducing facility with warmly. Seen off even if the early departure. Definitely visit again and again.

Far exceeded all my expectations and I am already planning to return. It was just right for my family and me but next time I'll take only my wife. Highly recommend this place to any first time or most savvy and experienced travelers to Zadar. Rocco who looked after us was fantastic, told us all about Zadar and the best places to go. Even picked us up and took us to the airport when we were leaving.
Apartment was brilliant, really clean and modern and couldn't have asked for anything better!
Also in the perfect location in Zadar's old town, super easy to get everywhere.

Don't let the outside of the apartment block scare you off - inside is a little gem. Nice secure unit extremely close to everything - ferry, shopping, restaurants and old town. Spacious living area, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom and bathroom with washing machine. Just needed an iron/board and clothes airer to dry clothes. Delightful owner.

Great location to access Paklenica National Park. Modern, clean, tidy, stylish family run hotel. Lovely relaxing atmostphere, romantic outook from our balcony room. Option to swim right in front of the hotel. Fabulous food including fresh fish cooked outside on a purpose built brick oven with hotplate. Hotel owner went out of her way to accommodate our needs. The best hotel we stayed in in the entire two week touring trip of Croatia

The owner of the apartment was very friedly and teh apartment itself renewed and very clean. The terrace offers a fantastic view on the sea. There is a nice beach (rocks and pebbles) just 5 min walk from the apartment. At 10 min by car there is Pakostane with another beatiful beach (sand/pebbles), other activities (boat rental etc..) and bars/rest
