My guests and i thoroughly enjoyed the hotel accomodation very much, i shall in time return also i shall be making this hotel in all my recomendations to others that may want ot travel to Beijing in the futrure from England. The helpful staff, especially Vivian. They dealt with all our (minimal) problems and questions immediately. The friendly and co-operative staff went out of their way to make mystay very enjoyable.

Clothes sent for laundary runined and the hotel still have theitem of clothing.Bathroom showered over flowed frequently into the room. one staff member helped me get my train tickets which had been delivered to the hotel, although every other member of staff denied any knowledge of having them.nothing much... the room's too small... the location inconvenient. The only thing i could say that was a little bit niggly was the fact the taxi driver from the airport could not find the hotel, hehe but once i was there i had no further problems at all,. Room was smaller than we anticipated with one side of double bed against the wall and no real hanging space. Address on the website is incorrect and caused great problems whencarrying my luggage on foot.total lack of english speaking staff. Mainly size of room. the bathroom is small. Very tiny rooms, not much space to put bags anywhere but was ok for us as we were only there to sleep. Price was high for the quality. As is quality the room and bathroom was very small. Beds were also small and uncomfortable. Room a bit cramped. Buffet breakfast not so good in view of price.The size of the room was too small. My shower plug was blocked and since there wasn't any proper shower in the room (it was a shower room type of thing) the water almost went of the threshold in the bathroom and almost flooded the room. Then when I spoke to another of the guests, I found out she was in that same room a few days before and while having a shower, the water flooded into the room. The room stank since.We were told every room had internet connection this was not the casebut the staff were helpful and enabled us to use the internet. Alsothere was some misunderstanding regarding pre-authorisation and paymentthis could have been explained more fully. No fridge in room, despite high price. The carpet in the room wasstained and looked very dirty. The surrounds of the hotel were veryunattractive.not clean and cold room temperature. Cleanliness of hotel room. Tried to charge you for bad workmanship, E.G.things kept breaking in the room and bathroom.the hotel staff spoke no english and charged us extra because we arrived after midnight, which was due to a flight delay. using outrageous exchange rate for conversion from usd to rmb. The lack of English speaking staff.
