De wijze en de invulling voor diensten door het personeel. Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel.De rustige ligging van het hotel, met toch voldoende winkels, restaurants en metro in de buurt. Vriendelijkheid van het personeel. zeer vriendelijk personeel. Vanwege de Olympische Spelen was het hotel opengesteld voor toeristen (normaal alleen toegankelijk voor studenten van buiten Beijing).
