The room was brilliant, really high quality finish.
One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.
It was my girlfriends birthday and they left a card and a treat in the room which was a nice touch.

Loved concierge floor. Michael was tops, as was the chef and all staff.
My sister got sick and they took amazing care of her. Breakfast and view
was awesome. It's not cheap but worth every penny. Love the Le Labo
toiletries, classy all the way. They even drive you in the bmw and took
our bags to the cruise ship. -

We loved the location by the ocean; the food was excellent and the rooms were not only very comfortable and spacious but decorated to perfection. The staff was also wonderful. -

We were impressed from the moment we arrived. The reception staff were excellent, particularly Lisa and Ena. We were given an upgrade to a one bed suite which was lovely, very spacious, comfortable bed and nicely furnished. The location was perfect for shop, restaurants etc in the lower village. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. -

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » about the hotel was clean, warm, staff were so friendly, we had gotten engaged and when we mentioned this, a bottle of Champagne was delivered to our room. The Toiletry items were top notch Aveda products, the coffee was starbucks. the breakfast was delicious and fresh. Pool area was clean and beautiful.

Octant fill in the excellent spaces on my iPhone. I want fill then all in. This hotel should be rated a ten star. I have never been in a hotel where all the staff is Trained. I am in a business that does training and I know when staff is trained. This is really something from the past you font see anymore. Please let all the staff know that

Luxurious oasis overlooking the water...a restful pied-à-terre to discover Victoria and the Island. Our stay felt more like a visit to a friend's country manor. Wonderful dining options - fab chef! And the personnel is consistently friendly and helpful (thank you Caitlyn!)
Will be 'our place' whenever on the Island.

Bell service was great ! He assisted us to pack our frozen smoked salmon voluntary with extra bagg for protection.
We were told by front desk lady that Wi-Fi was out of order temporary . But it was out until our departure time next day. They should offer business centre at least we can send some emergency mails.
Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, bell

The property itself is very nice, with excellent decor and
comfortable furniture, especially the bed, which makes for an
excellent sleep. The location relative to the airport terminals is
ideal - no shuttle transfer to/from the airport is an excellent
"plus" for me. -
close proximity to the airport - it was great. We arrived very early in the morning and it was so nice to just collect our luggage and continue through the airport to the elevator to the Lobby. No travelling or wondering where to go. It was excellent in all aspects.

The Summit is in a great location in the Upper Village, but is set
behind most of the shops/bars/restaurants, so it's nice and
quiet. There's a Starbucks about a 30 second walk from the lobby
doors, which then leads right into the Olympic Park (cool for kids) and
then right there is the Upper Village, with all the shops and bars you
would want. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the ski
hills/gondolas, but if you're just going up to enjoy Whistler
for a few nights, this is a great location. The

We live in Vancouver and visit Whistler frequently. We like the location of the Chateau as it is at the base of Blackcomb and away from the late night noise of the Village. At the same time, it is only a 10 minute walk into town to access all that it has to offer.

I loved the room, entrance and friendliness of the staff! It was so nice to see how dog friendly your hotel was. I would love to come back for a night and possibly being my dog next time. We got a very fair price on the room and would come up for the same price again. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.

The rooms are a good size and the view towards the mountains is amazing.
The beds are comfortable and the balcony off the room is covered to
protect from the elements. The hotel is a post and beam design with a

We loved the two bedroom condo. It was spacious, with beautiful views, very luxurious. Location is quiet and peaceful. Restaurant was very good. -
