The hotel is able to cater to the guest no matter what time of day or night. The front desk may not be staffed when you arrive or leave but the key for your room is available as well as the invoice. The staff is very pleasant. -

We stayed for the main reason that it was so close to Save on Foods Memorial for a concert & was very pleasantly surprised of what a nice hotel it was. Our room had a king size bed & it was so comfy & the pillows were to die for comfortable!!!!! Had breakfast the following morning at "Kitty's" & it was very good food. Next conce

The beds where comfortable and the room was clean. Room service was also really good. My son had brought his bike along on our trip and it was an expensive bike and he did not want to leave it in the van the guy working at the desk at night told him that he could bring the bike into the room, he was very accommodating.

Excellent value for a travellers motel. It had everything you would expect from a higher priced motel with an added bonus - free long distance throughout North America. -
It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was accommodating and friendly.

It was simply a one night stay over on a longer road trip. Staff were friendly enough although not very talkative as they spoke very little English. Free breakfast in the morning made get up and go much easier. Beds were comfortable. -

For the money what I had was literally a nice apartment. The tub was amazing with its relaxing jets but as a shower it stunk. It has a full kitchen with quality pots and dishes, not the usual hotel crud. You could easily make breakfast right there and enjoy it on the patio and watch the joggers jet or the sea planes land in the harbor. Breakfast w

The room was a bit hard to find because it is not part of the main building. Great room though - separate living area, spacious, good wifi, comfy bed, clean...all the amenities a person wants in a room.

In room laundry facilities was a God-send, after spending weeks in coin-op laundries. Location is fantastic - there is an excellent Chinese restaurant on the same block (Dynasty) and an excellent coffee roaster almost directly opposite. 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of bustling Robson St. Complimentary parking is something rarely offered in Vancouver and this place had it. Large selection of bicycle hire companies 100m away to allow you to take in the vast dedicated bicycle paths around

Location was excellent as it was besides the metro station with direct access to central Vancouver. Choice of breakfast items were good with hot items changing regularly. Pool was a nice temperature and gym was well equiped. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value as car parking is free and plentiful and cheaper than many downtown hotels. -

We liked the hotel so much we ended up extending our stay so that we could play golf on 3 different golf courses over 3 days. The staff were efficient, friendly, helpful; the room was clean and very comfortable and the food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was perhaps a little ordinary and would benefit from the option of doing freshly cooked eggs rather than pre-cooked scrambled eggs.
