The staff was very friendly and spoke fluent English. When we arrived at ilha grande we were immediately picked up by boat to go to the hotel. Although it rained a lot during our stay, the view and the excellent cooking made our stay one to remember for a long time -

lovely place, great price and breakfast of fruit bread cheese meat and cake. Same everyday but set us up. Great location and would recommend to a friend.

Pousada Riacho Dos Cambucas was amazing! I can not say enough great
things about them. Very helpful and nice staff who spoke perfect
english. Great room with private bathroom and ac. Delicious breakfast
each morning. One night the island lost power and our Pousada still had
power! You must stay here when traveling to Ilha Grande! -

Lovely breakfast with nice choice fruit, juice, yoghurt, several breads,
cheese, cooked meats, jams, cakes, herbal teas and coffee etc. Very nice
afternoon coffee and cakes.

The staff was very friendly, waiting out group to arrive until 12am. When the lock of our room broke they were in helpful in opening the door right away. Nice ambience and good breakfast. Definitely stay there again. -

The room was lovely, with clean towels, nice hot showers and clean bedding. The breakfast was exceptionally good with fresh squeezed juice, fresh fruit and eggs on request. There was also bread, cheese and high quality ham.there was a safe and air conditioning. The place was ideally placed right on the beach.

Location with natural surroundings was absolutely wonderful, so was the view. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Brasil. What made our stay special though, was the friendliness and warmth of the German owner and Guilherme, the manager. -
