We arrived to a very warm welcome from Ann who provided us with a local aperitif and information about the area. Our first impressions were that it was an extremely well presented B&B and not what we were expecting to find in the countryside outside of Iper. An excellent and up market B&B. The owners,Michael & his wife were the perfect hosts and were always friendly,helpful and accomodating.The lovely breakfast was brought to us every morning at a time of our choosing and was very good quality.Fab room with satellite tv, free movies, well stocked drinks fridge and an eco wood burning stove.We loved our stay, and would readilly recommend B&B Yoake as one of the very best we have stayed in.Thanks Michael for your hospitality!

The apartment was really lovely, decorated to a high standard and fitted with modern appliances. We have stayed here twice now at christmas time and it has had a really festive feel both times. The rooms are really clean and nicely decorated and also the dining room. The lady that runs the guesthouse is very friendly and the location is great, just behind the square. Would definately stay there again.

Extremely efficient - we arrived late on a Sunday and everything was laid out at reception ready for us - just pick up the key and go to the room!!!! Marvellous. The Hotel is right in the middle of the tourist area, just puuuurrrfect. Be concious that this is not a 5 star hotel, it is quite basic but has everything needed for a comfortable stay. -

this hotel is a MUST when you stay in the Roeselare area. You are in the quiet country side with easy access to all motorways. The room was unique in all aspects. The food is exellent and dont forget Eddy and Angela.......just the perfect couple who diserve all the credit possible in the world for the hard work that they put in to make you relaxed

Everything - location, staff, quality of food, peace and quiet, comfort. The owners are wonderful and cannot enough to make your stay the best possible. It was helpful that one of the owners is Scottish so there was no language problem. We'll definitely be returning here. Only one and a half hour's drive from Calais.

Arriving at the hotel on Wednesday with my husband was delightful, I hadthe flu and could not have gone anywhere better. This is a wonderfulplace to stay which we will certainly be returning to. - It felt like a home away from home. A cosy small hotel. Very good to relax from the stress of the city. Very good service and a good and quiet breakfast. You can even sleep in because the breakfast can be taken until noon. We had a great weekend. - Flexibility of time for checking in and out. Lovely big double bed!Peaceful atmosphere and lovely surroundings.

Everything! Excellently appointed, luxurious, friendly and helpful staff, large, beautifully decorated and furnished room with free wif-fi internet. We love staying here. The apartment is lovely. Its the second time we've been here. Its right in the countryside, yet only 5 minutes from the beach, and nearest town. Very friendly family. Lovely dog and goat too. Loads of space for kids to be kids in. Will come back again!
