We arrived to a very warm welcome from Ann who provided us with a local aperitif and information about the area. Our first impressions were that it was an extremely well presented B&B and not what we were expecting to find in the countryside outside of Iper. This hotel and the proprietor are both absolutely charming. Carinne made us feel as though we were being welcomed into her own home. On arrival she gave us coffee and biscuits and a very helpful explanation of what Ieper had to offer. Our room was private, very quiet and very comfortable. The mini-bar was stocked with free beverages and snacks

I can not think of anything we didn't like. Carine , one of the owners is simply a very lovely person. She made us tea as soon as we arrived and spent ages chatting with her. Her chocolate cakes were delicious. Then she showed us to our room - the 'wild' one. I had seen the photos of it on the web site but they didn't do it justice. As soon as Carine left, having shown us how to work everything, we were straight into the bath!!. The snacks and the free mini bar were very welcome. The breakfast

An excellent and up market B&B. The owners,Michael & his wife were the perfect hosts and were always friendly,helpful and accomodating.The lovely breakfast was brought to us every morning at a time of our choosing and was very good quality.Fab room with satellite tv, free movies, well stocked drinks fridge and an eco wood burning stove.We loved our stay, and would readilly recommend B&B Yoake as one of the very best we have stayed in.Thanks Michael for your hospitality!

Sofia and her husband, Chris gave us a very warm welcome with the offer of a beer. Our suite was large, designery, comfortable and spotlessly clean. There were numerous small details that turned our stay from very pleasant into lovely.

First and foremost, order the breakfast here - it is amazing and one of the best I've had while travelling. The facility is extremely nice - big clean rooms with a really nice pool area and comfortable common areas. It is located a couple of blocks outside of Bruges old town and it is a delightful 15 minute walk to the main square. Parking was easy & the neighborhood has everything you could ask for. It is an especially ideal place for families. They even provide small bathrobes for the kid

We have stayed here twice now at christmas time and it has had a really festive feel both times. The rooms are really clean and nicely decorated and also the dining room. The lady that runs the guesthouse is very friendly and the location is great, just behind the square. Would definately stay there again.

Very nice hotel, helpful and charming personel, fitness room with not so many equipments as the sporty people would desire, but nice that it was there (we used it !), sauna and hammam!, room was very clean and gorgeous!-al in all I would give all 5 stars for this hotel. Recommend other people to stay in this hotel if they ever visit Kortrijk:-) - T
