The staff was amazing. From the moment we checked in, they were bendingover backwards to make us comfortable and to help us in any waypossible. Very good shuttle to and from the airport. Clean comfortable very quiet rooms with coffee and minibar. Well kept public areas, pool, and garden. As mid range airport hotels go, this is an excellent one. - i was there only for 1 night, 6 hours, but i liked the shuttle bus and the bed, shuttle bus could go more late the last trip

Staff was very helpful and friendly as well as very efficient. As a business solo traveller of some 20 odd years, this was one of the best airport hotels I have stayed so far. I read the reviews and was expecting much less. I found it a GREAT value. If you need a hotel close to the Brussels Airportm this place serves your needs well and it was only 15Euros via taxi to the airport. -
Very useful location on the edge of Brussels (near airport) and a good stopping off point. Courteous staff, good breakfast, comfortable

Everything was first class and we had a great stay. We liked everything. The friendliness, helpful, very honest people who couldn't do enough for you, the service feels family run (which it is). You could'nt be closer to central Leuven = the most elegant three star hotel we have stayed in Leuven. Good sized quiet room with double bed. breakfast was

The room was clean and comfortable. The refrigerator was an excellent inclusion. Bathroom, shower, water pressure + hot/cold -all very good - Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Very nice vicinity - park of Tervuren, African museum.

Everything - from the warm welcome to the beautiful, well-appointed room, to the delicious home-cooked meal and amazing breakfast, to the tranquil setting and the peaceful night's sleep. A truly memorable stay in a beautiful hotel. -
