  The staff was amazing. From the moment we checked in, they were bendingover backwards to make us comfortable and to help us in any waypossible.   Great hotel & great service located next to the Train Station of Leuven. Though city train station areas normally tend to be a little shabby this word does not apply to Leuven central station. It takes a 600m walk to park your car for free. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. - Ik vond het een super hotel. Het ligt direct achter het station, is alleen wat lastig te vinden op de tomtom dus laat je goed informeren hoe er te komen. Verder een mooi hotel met design lobby. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Wij kwamen later in de middag aan maar er stond zo een extra bed klaar. En de matrassen sliepen erg fijn en dat hoor je mij niet snel zeggen want ik ben daar meer dan kritisch over. Ik kom zeker terug.

  Very good shuttle to and from the airport. Clean comfortable very quiet rooms with coffee and minibar. Well kept public areas, pool, and garden. As mid range airport hotels go, this is an excellent one. - i was there only for 1 night, 6 hours, but i liked the shuttle bus and the bed, shuttle bus could go more late the last trip

  Staff was very helpful and friendly as well as very efficient. As a business solo traveller of some 20 odd years, this was one of the best airport hotels I have stayed so far.   The proximity to the airport is of course excellent.The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.I would prefer it if the hotel had a few ice dispensers around. - Not bad for a quick overnight at the airport - quite comfortable and finally - an iron iron the room!. It is on a square of restaurants, across the street from the train/bus stations, and with a pedestrian walk around the far side of the building towards the incredibly beautiful centre of town . Leuven is a university town it is filled with restaurants, young people and energy. - The location is excellent when you travel by train or bus and have business to do in Leuven The rooms are clean, a lot of space, excellent bathroom. breakfast is good. The admosphere is a bit 'maigret'like, also because on the floor there is a cafe and the square outside is full of busy terraces. You would expect that on this location there is much noise in the night but this is not the case. It is rather quite in fact.
