The staff couldn't do enough for you. Whatever you needed they were there to advise or point you in the right direction. staff are reception desk are lovely and very friendly, the room is really big and it has very good location, breakfast has choice of cheese it is really delicious

The location is nice but you better have a car instead walking up the hill.
The summer card given by the owner was really helpfull and saved a lot of money. -

Good atmosphere, friendly staff, exellent access to ski lifts on the
doorstep (although skiing off the mountain is a black run). -
Staff and rooms were great. Location is right at the bottom of a lift to
the top of the local mountain.

Excelent location less than 4 minutes to zell am see center by car for who has car.

Nice spacious twin room with balcony overlooking the mountains, very clean. Bathroom was also large and spotless. Staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, 10min walk from railway station, 5 minutes walk from buses going to Kaprun and Kitzsteinhorn cable car or locally to Schmittenbahn, 5 min walk to the lake promenade and boats, restaurants and shops nearby. The restaurant has good and affordable food for an evening meal. Internet wireless worked very well.

Clean comfortable apartment for family with young children. Free 4g wifi
in the room. Kitchen is fully and well equipped. Location, in center of

away. I booked annex apartment, it is not in the same main build

Locaction was perfect! Heart of the town. Behind the hotel is the mountain that has cafes & restuarants, and SKIING! The shops around us sold skiing, and complete winter stuff ... shoes, gloves ... etc

Very central and close to town. Liked the self catering aspect and size of apartment. Close to ski lift if that is what you need. There is a grocer just across the road for food etc. -
The location was fabulous. The apartments were clean and comfortable.
