The owners and caretaker are very helpful. They gave us very good advice on local attractions. Hospitable family environment, beautiful and clean room. Rich and very tasty breakfast.The entire staff is very friendly to children. Zell am See - Kaprun Summer Card with a lot of discounts and free attractions was included for free. Very nice and cozy wellness and pool with counter.Thanks to the excellent accommodation, we increased the enjoyment of the holiday. We would be back soon.

Location and very helpful and friendly staff. The summer tourist cards
were great. The four of us went up the Kitzsteinhorn lift at no cost
to us. And also the other big lift that takes you up into the
mountains directly above Zell am See. Nice selection at the breakfast
buffet. If you ever go have dinner at the 100yr. Old Stierwirt

Myself and my husband have just come back and were not disappointed ,
accommodation and staff are fantastic and can't do enough for you.
We usually stay in hotels but will definitely use this pension again.

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous. Fitted out with top quality,
highest spec kit. Everything was pristene, there was everything you
could need supplied (minus food and drink). The apartment was a great
size - plenty of room to socialise together with the group. Brilliant
big balcony to extend the space - nice to use in warmer weather.

The inside and outside of the building was gorgeous. The garden and pool very picturesque. V. close to lake and views around Zell am See stunning. - Great hotel, nice atmosphere and lovely spa-area. The hotel and staff were outstanding. We had problems reaching the hotel (zell am see) due to the damage done by floods in austria. But the hotel owner Ms. Elizabeth, guided us perfectly. This is a very good quality hotel in an excellent location right next to the piste, CityXpress gondala and ski hire yet only 2 minutes walk to the town centre and lakeside. The food was excellent and the level of service throughout the hotel was friendly and very efficient. Our double room had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains beyond and was well appointed with a mini bar, safe and a seating area (sofa and chair). This is an outstanding hotel in every respect.
