Talk about feeling welcome. When we arrived Nicole the manager gave us the grand tour of their facility. They've got a pool table, up scale restaurant, and the view is to die for. The hotel and staff were outstanding. We had problems reaching the hotel (zell am see) due to the damage done by floods in austria. But the hotel owner Ms. Elizabeth, guided us perfectly. This is a very good quality hotel in an excellent location right next to the piste, CityXpress gondala and ski hire yet only 2 minutes walk to the town centre and lakeside. The food was excellent and the level of service throughout the hotel was friendly and very efficient. Our double room had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains beyond and was well appointed with a mini bar, safe and a seating area (sofa and chair). This is an outstanding hotel in every respect.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were fantastic with beautiful views. Excellent standards in rooms with all modern facilities. As well as all this the food was great at the restaurant with excellent service. Excellent location with plenty of activities. Very highly recommend and a place we intend to visit again in the future. - The staff

I love the location of the hotel, view, hotel, rooms , beds facing the lake, the balcony directly facing the lake, the staff were very friendly, romantic environment , kitchen staff were extremely friendly and the rooms and the restaurant were lake view. -
