Wait staff in the Brasserie were very keen to meet all needs if possible. Was very pleased with my choice of hotel in Vienna. - The hotel was well located. It was easy to walk to the main attractions or to access the underground. The coffee machine in the deluxe room was wonderful anf worth spending that little bit extra. My flight only departed at 7:45pm and I was happy to be able to use their wellness facilities to shower and freshen-up and get into a clean set of clothing before boarding an intercontinental flight!

  This apartment is centrally located for anyone visiting Vienna; convenient to public transportation. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The owner was most helpful in answering our inquiries (and his English is very good). There is a market just down the street on the corner and a bakery near-by also. The apartment is very close to Karlkirhe, Opera house, Stephanplatz, Nashmarkt with restaurants, and shopping centers, metro station “Karlsplatz” is 2 minutes walk. Definitely we’ll come again! A 5 star class for the price of a 4. Very friendly staff - The location of the hotel was very good. The breakfast was perfect and the staff was also very kind.   The staff at the desk were very helpful and took care of concert tickets, etc. The location is absolutely perfect! Easy to walk to everything and the subway station is very close.
