Andrea, Michael and their staff provided fantastic experience with warm and friendly service.
The hotel is relatively new, the room is super clean, beautiful and warm, perfected to small details.

This hotel is a gem. It is family run and with 18 rooms manages to have the perfect balance between professional hotel and intimate atmosphere. The rooms are large and comfortable, the bathrooms luxurious and the food is exceptionally good. The staff are very friendly. I'm definitely coming back!

The owner was truly amazing, receives guests with genuine happiness. Comfortable rooms with great pillows and duvets. Breakfast was served in a cozy room with fresh daily products. Location is excellent, while you are offered the possibility to leave your skis and boots at the ski center next to the lifts.

The hotel was in an elevated position so you got great views of the mountains, also the restaurant was lovely and the food excellent, it was quite a walk down to the town centre which was fine for us but would not suit an older personas they would struggle to walk back up the hill to the hotel. Despite nobody was in the house and we had to check in at hotel sonnbichl-the "neighbour hotel"- the rooms were really clean and the breakfast- we had to go to hotel sonnbichl too- was excellent.
Pension Steinbock was quite a good deal. -
We checked in late but not a problem. We ended up staying at Hotel
Sonnbischl which was nicer, and more conv

The service was outstanding. In the big breakfast area everyone checked on you to see if you were good. Very helpful at coffee machine etc. Breakfast was well laid out.

Although quiet and out of season, the hotel was cosy and welcoming. The room was large and comfortable with a balcony. The food was excellent and well presented, particularly dinner. I understand the chef has been there a number of years and is local and he and his staff do a great job. The reception and serving staff were extremely helpful.
