I enjoyed very much! The hotel was beautiful, clean, with a lovely spa
for after ski (small pool, steam room and sauna). Alexandra and her
mother were very helpful in every way; they made us feel very welcome!
The breakfast was fabulous, really kept us going all day. The hotel is
only 4 minutes walk from the Nasserein lift and 5 mins walk from the

old town for the restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone
without hesitation and I will be going there again myself. Monique from

The staff were amazing! Will stay here again and couldnt beat the location, right next to the lifts!

Although quiet and out of season, the hotel was cosy and welcoming. The room was large and comfortable with a balcony. The food was excellent and well presented, particularly dinner. I understand the chef has been there a number of years and is local and he and his staff do a great job. The reception and serving staff were extremely helpful.

The service was outstanding. In the big breakfast area everyone checked on you to see if you were good. Very helpful at coffee machine etc. Breakfast was well laid out.

The staff was amazing. The night front desk employee ( a gentleman) went
above and beyond. The day time front desk ( a woman ) was so friendly
and took time to call for information. Food was delicious.

The hotel was warm, clean and comfortable. The food was good and plentiful. The owners were very friendly and helpful.The shuttle bus service to and from the town was excellent and saved us having to carry our ski gear.

The bedframe was a disaster and it creaked if you moved if only one millimeter.
The price at letsbookhotel.com didn't agree with reality, but the hotel phoned us honestly about the higher price already the morning after booking.
One of the bedside lamps was out of function and they didn't fix it. -
