Everything was to my liking, even the transparent shower, which I know some people find a bit odd but you are forewarned if you do your research. The hotel was well located. It was easy to walk to the main attractions or to access the underground.
The coffee machine in the deluxe room was wonderful anf worth spending that little bit extra.
My flight only departed at 7:45pm and I was happy to be able to use their wellness facilities to shower and freshen-up and get into a clean set of clothing before boarding an intercontinental flight!

It is a truly wonderful hotel. From the concierge to the maids, the
lobby, restaurants, rooms...I Couldn't find a fault in it. It is in
a ok. Location to enjoy the beautiful city. The hotel is perfectly

The locaton: at a walking distance from my daugter's University and home; very nice and quiet neigbourhood; exquisite buffet breakfast; kind staff. Everything was perfect, and the price. - Spacious bedroom. Nice bathroom. Quiet. Good breakfast. The air conditioning worked!

πολυ ευγενικο προσωπικο , πολυ καλες τιμες , πολυ καλο φαγητό - Μοντέρνο design στα δωμάτια, άνετα μεγάλα δωμάτια. Πολύ κοντά στην αγορά και στις στάσεις των μετρό και τραμ. Αρκετά ικανοποιητικό πρωινό μπουφέ.

We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better.

The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

The space of the room (415) was impressive. It is like a small apartment. Two TV we could invite friends for a drink it was perfect. The breakfst in the room also perfect. Very close to Schonbrunn castle, 100m in the same street. Metro station is close and need only few minutes to get to the city center. Room was very warm and clean. Bed is very soft and good for sleeping. Free parking in the same street. - The bed was exceptioanlly comfortable and the room was very clean with good facilities. The restaurant was not
