The hotel was central, beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. The reception staff went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfasts were excellent, with a hot choice cooked to order. - This was one of the best hotels we stayed in and would recomend it to anyone going to that area everything was top class no faults at all very well done

Excellent service at the hotel made it a pleasant stay. Wolfgang even went out of his way to help us book tickets to the railway train & gave us recommendations on where to go on rainy days, which was much needed with a 2.5 yr old toddler in tow.
Our room was very clean, cosy, modern and well-equipped.
There was a good selection at that buffet breakfast as well as a big collection of toys in the children's corner which kept our toddler very happy.

Everything was excellent !!! From the hotel's staff that was very helpful in everything we needed, the breakfast, cleanliness,the facilities (very nice sauna and turkish bath), the location(center of Bad Ischl, a lot of shops near by, overlooking the Traun river), the comfort, parking...We will certainly go back there if we get the chance.I highly

Perfectly furnished and equipped. Enough space for four people and two kids with separate rooms and big kitchen. Very friendly hosts. -

We found our perfect place in the Alps. The location and facilities were amazing. Great for families, because of the animals, playground and games. Close to many attractions for families. Extremely clean and well outfitted apartment. We also enjoyed the sauna, which accommodated our family of 4. .

First of all the hosts were very kind and good. They're like your personal tour-operator, they even warn you about the speed limits and parking places while you're traveling around. The best thing about this place is definitely the hosts and their hospitality. They make every effort to make your experience feel like home. The rooms are tastefully furnished. Everything that you may happen to need during your stay is already there. There is parking on the grounds and location is bit secluded and away from the lake but beautiful

The facility had a lot of "ginger-bread" options. Nothing was lacking! Our room was extremely comfortable with a sink and mirror in it. We also had an extremely we-stocked kitchen/dining room and very nice private bathroom across the hall. The Host and Hostess were extremely gracious! Their home is within 1.5 km of Halstatt but outside the bustle of town. We loved it and would consider going back for a more extended stay!

The entire staff were super friendly - from the reception, the restaurant waiters, to the room keepers. We even had the lucky chance to meet the owner while he was playing the piano in the hotel den, and he was also super friendly. He even graciously invited us to his rehearsal.

I stayed two nights at this hotel and couldn't have been more pleased. I stayed in a surprisingly large "single" room, with a "sideview" of the lake. The room was pleasant and supplied with all amenities, and I particularly enjoyed having a comfortable spot for my netbook; Their wifi connection was excellent. The dining room and terraces and other lounge areas were lovely and relaxing, and I was fortunate enough to have unseasonably warm weather and loved sitting outdoors enjoying the view. Bre
