The staff couldn't do enough for you. Whatever you needed they were there to advise or point you in the right direction. Freindliness, cheerfulness and helpfulness of staff. Being small sized and fanily run it had a distinctive personality and we were treated as individuals not standardised units of consumption. Loved the owners very much. So accommodating and fun!! This hotel was probably our favorite on our trip. Salzburg was also our favorite place we visited. - great stay. Only one night but it was a comfortable night

The place was very clean (which is very important for us) and comfortable. the breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. The products in the rooms (shampoo, toilet paper, towels..) were in a very good quality. A charming and tasting place. We can see that the owners thought of the little details. Perfect place for a couple holyday in Salzburg.

We were absolutely charmed by this place. The location was stunning, tucked away in the mountains. The owners were very sweet, and they had great recommendations for things to do in the area. All of the staff members were friendly and attentive. The view from our room was lovely. We also really enjoyed the on-site restaurant. We ate there for most of our meals! Overall, we loved it and hope to go back soon.

As well as all this the food was great at the restaurant with excellent service. Excellent location with plenty of activities. This was an excellent location for great value. It was a 10 minute walk
from the train station. Although it is not necesarilly near the main
centre of town, it was an easy 15-20 minute walk. Hotel is located on a
quiet street, and the hotel is secure so you must have a card to get
access inside. I stayed in a single room, so it was simple but just what
I needed after a long day of touring.
