  The appartment was cool and quiet facing onto a courtyard where you could eat your breakfast. It was very clean and to a high standard. The staff were really helpful with supplying fresh towels, storing luggage etc. The deli at the local Bila supermarket was excellent. The appartment was just a short walk to the local tram stop or 5 - 10 min metro... τι λέει ο κόσμος » stop, but you could walk into town (15 mins). The 5a bus was a bit of a curiousity as it only seemed to go around the block. - An apartment without a reception is always scary but this one turned out to be a wonderful easy experience. The management patiently answered emails promptly and presumably would be on the phone too if we had called. They were very helpful with a heater when we needed it and booked a taxi for us to the airport (even though the apartment is not sold as a full service hotel). We were very impressed.

  Κεντρικο σημειο,ευρυχωρο,ζεστο,καθαρο, - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (and keen to help me with my German!). I felt incredibly safe in this Pension as a single female. The breakfast was plentiful (standard continental style) and my bed was extremely comfortable. The location is fantastic; everywhere between the hotel and the Muse... τι λέει ο κόσμος » umQuarter is walkable in 30mins max, and the Reisenrad is 20mins in the other direction. Public transport is 2mins away (although I didn't have much use for it). - The location was ideal to catch an early bus to the airport in Swedenplatz. The hotel was basic, but clean and allowed us to drop off our luggage until check-in. The hotel was the least expensive in the area, even off season when we needed to make a last minute booking. We felt it was a great value for the price. The reservation included a breakfast but we had to leave to catch a 5am bus to the airport and were not able to see the quality of the breakfast.

  The hotel is very convenient - near bus stops and 2 train stations. Well- equipped for a family of 4. Supermarket across the street. No elevators but not a problem for us. Clean and enough space for us. To get your keys, just phone Mr. Wagner ahead of time and at the end of the stay, there was no fuss. Spacious, comfortable and clean and directly across from a supermarket. Herr Wagner was a very attentive host.   Friendly staff, intimate lounge area(away from reception desk) good size rooms with plenty of chairs/settee, wardrobe space. Beautifully clean in bathrooms, room and everywhere in Hotel. Free use of internet was appreciated as it was our grandaughters birthday whilst we were away. It's location, helpfulness of staff, cleanliness of rooms, breakfast was suberb. We could not recommend this hotel highly enough and we would definitely return. One point to note. On booking we were unable to get Standard room and booked the Classic which was only very slightly more expensive but was well worth it as the rooms were at lot bigger.

  The host Mr. Claus was absolutely fabulous. He was extremely nice, hospitable, informative and helpful for all our needs and questions. The breakfast was great and he was nice enough to set aside some breakfast for us at 4 Am in the morning.
