Hotel location is excellent. Town center within 10 minutes walk, U-bahn (Kärtnerring/Karlsplatz) within 5 minutes and it is still quiet enough. Staff is nice, friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is really rich in choices. Recommended parking is near the hotel and there's an option for getting close to a hotel by car, for carrying luggage. -

confort - On arrival the reception staff were very welcoming and attentive. We looked for a spacious room as my husband has a disability and needs extra space to get around on his walking frame. great location. kitchen has everything one might need for cooking. we had a 1 year old child and it was very convenient to go for sightseeing in the morning and drop in around lunchtime. Just dont forget to let them know your exact check-in time in advance, because there is no reception. -

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται 1' λεπτό από τον κεντρικότερο σταθμό του μετρό και δίπλα σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα της πόλης. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλικό και η εξυπηρέτηση άμεση σε ότι κι αν ζητήσαμε. A simple no frills hotel, very large comfortable room,with equally large bathroom, all room facilities very adequate including tea and coffee, lots of cupboard space, very clean,and quiet room inside courtyard. Very worthwhile for the price.

Location could not be better. One minute to St. Stephen's cathedral
and Kartner St., Yet away from the shopping hustle. The historic
building has a lot of character and feels very unique. I loved the
atrium with the winter garden. The hotel feels private and comfortable.
Breakfast served until 11:30 was excellent, with cold cuts, youghurts,
pastries, cereals, 3 types of egg dishes and even goulash soup, if

Location + cleanliness. This hotel is really nice. It is near everything in downtown Vienna. You can make practically everything on foot. Otherwise, the U-Bahn station is just 2 minutes away.
Plenty of shops around the hotel, since it is just next to Graben. You have plenty of choice: luxury, fashionable prêt-à-porter, and average global brands.

All staff we talked to were friendly and welcoming. They helped us decide on a tour by providing suggestions for us to consider -no pressure.
