  One of the best expeiences we have had amongst all our europe travel. The hotel truly had personalised service and made you feel at home. They never said no to any request.   Location Room design Clean Staff - Everything was to my liking, even the transparent shower, which I know some people find a bit odd but you are forewarned if you do your research. Wait staff in the Brasserie were very keen to meet all needs if possible. Was very pleased with my choice of hotel in Vienna. - The hotel was well located. It was easy to walk to the main attractions or to access the underground. The coffee machine in the deluxe room was wonderful anf worth spending that little bit extra. My flight only departed at 7:45pm and I was happy to be able to use their wellness facilities to shower and freshen-up and get into a clean set of clothing before boarding an intercontinental flight!

  We liked of everything very much. The hotel is located on a nice small street in the center, five minutes to St. Stephane. Design is very lovely and made with attention to details. There are convenient mattress and pillows for sleeping lovers. Alexander and Dasha were very friendly and helpful . At the apartments you feel differently than if you'd - I enjoyed every minute staying in Chez Cliche! Its in the heart of Vienna, near all tourist places, a lot of bars, caffes and shops are nearby. The apartments had everything I need, I enjoyed Vienna and didn't think of anything else. Thanks very much to the Dasha and Alexander, they were really friendly and helpful !!!
