  The staff is very friendly. The apartment is very conveniently located right in the heart of Vienna. We lived 9 days and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Many thanks to the Alp and his staff for organizing our temporary residence! The room was not generous but very comfortable with nice quality linens. Staff was very accommodating and professional.   Great location in walking distance to many key attractions including th wonderful St Stephen's and incredible shopping areas. Our street had everything - a bakery, cash machine, pharmacy, a famous clock, ice creamery and a corner beer and sausage stand!
