  The host Mr. Claus was absolutely fabulous. He was extremely nice, hospitable, informative and helpful for all our needs and questions. The breakfast was great and he was nice enough to set aside some breakfast for us at 4 Am in the morning. The rooms don't have their own bathroom and have shared bathrooms, but that didn't seem to be a problem fo... τι λέει ο κόσμος » r us. - The staff went out of their way to assist us - we had a late night flight and, after checking out of the Pension in the morning, staff stored our luggage until 6pm at no cost. We also had to catch a train before the usual breakfast times at the Pension so staff very kindly supplied a 'picnic' breakfast for us before we left. Rooms were very spacious.

  Friendly staff, intimate lounge area(away from reception desk) good size rooms with plenty of chairs/settee, wardrobe space. Beautifully clean in bathrooms, room and everywhere in Hotel. Free use of internet was appreciated as it was our grandaughters birthday whilst we were away. It's location, helpfulness of staff, cleanliness of rooms, breakfast was suberb. We could not recommend this hotel highly enough and we would definitely return. One point to note. On booking we were unable to get Standard room and booked the Classic which was only very slightly more expensive but was well worth it as the rooms were at lot bigger.

  Κεντρικο σημειο,ευρυχωρο,ζεστο,καθαρο, - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (and keen to help me with my German!). I felt incredibly safe in this Pension as a single female. The breakfast was plentiful (standard continental style) and my bed was extremely comfortable. The location is fantastic; everywhere between the hotel and the Muse... τι λέει ο κόσμος » umQuarter is walkable in 30mins max, and the Reisenrad is 20mins in the other direction. Public transport is 2mins away (although I didn't have much use for it). - The location was ideal to catch an early bus to the airport in Swedenplatz. The hotel was basic, but clean and allowed us to drop off our luggage until check-in. The hotel was the least expensive in the area, even off season when we needed to make a last minute booking. We felt it was a great value for the price. The reservation included a breakfast but we had to leave to catch a 5am bus to the airport and were not able to see the quality of the breakfast.

  One of the best expeiences we have had amongst all our europe travel. The hotel truly had personalised service and made you feel at home. They never said no to any request. Feels like home, as I have grown up in a city that has the same architecture as Vienna- vast, spacy rooms, with 3 m high ceilings.   We stayed for 5 nights.Firstly we found the location was very central and ideal for access to the main tourist attractions on Vienna. We were accomodated in an annexe to the hotel which we found was very clean,quiet and well heated which was good because although it was Easter the temperatures were below o at times.
