the overall friendliness and willingness to answer questions and to help was most appreciated. the gift of sparkling wine for our anniversary was most thoughtful - Willingness and availability of staff to help with issue not associated with the hotel.

Excellent studio apartment. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. It was great to be so central and be able to walk to most of the sites. Vienna is a beautiful city and well worth visiting. The supermarket was very close so no problem stocking up! Highly recommend this apartment -

Walking distance to the center and subway. Lots of restaurants and supermarket rivht around the corner. Next time we will definitely stay at CAV again!

Ωραίο διαμέρισμα, άνετο με θέα στο ποτάμι και ευρισκόμενο στο κέντρο της νυχτερινής ζωής της Βιέννης και ταυτόχρονα πολύ κοντά (περπατώντας) στο κέντρο της πόλης. Μπροστά στην είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας υπάρχει στάση του Μετρό. -

Personnel is hospitable and treats guests with due respect. The apartment is located in the Innerstadt, the historical centre of Vienna. Είναι πολύ κονά στο κέντρο της πόλης , η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν εξαιρετική , το ξενοδοχείο πολύ άνετο , το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό και περιποιημένο . Αυτό που μου άρεσε περισσότερο είναι ότι έβρισκα οποιαδήποε πληροφορά ήθελα για τα αξιοθέτα και τις μετακινήσεις στην πόλη σε όλες τις γλώσσες . Είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικό για τους τουρίστες της πόλης. - Πολύ καθαρ

Everything was great, staff was frienly and kindly answered all my queations. The hotel is 15 minutes walking from the center of Vienna, so I spend a lot of time just Walking around and seeing all historical and architectural sightseengs. The shopping street is also 15 minutes walking from the hotel. -

Πολυ καλη τοποθεσια σχετικα πολυ κοντα στο κεντρο,το προσωπικο του ξενοδοχειου πολυ καλο και προθυμο να μας βοηθησει σε οτι θελαμε νομιζω πως ηταν καλη επιλογη τελικα.Πιστευω πως το μονο μειον ειναι το μικρο σαλονι και μπαρ που διαθετει. - A more old fashioned hotel with a bit more personality than modern ones that all look the same. I communicated direct with the hotel on two occasions by email, and each time I had a reply within five minutes, which I thought was very impressive. We would definitely stay there again. - The proximity to the center of town and at the same time far enough not to be distrubed by the football crowd. We arrived in Vienna one day before the final game of the UEFA Cup. The kind reception by the different concierges and all the staff. Extremely polite and very helpful.

helpful staff, convenient location re public transport - The attitude and personalities of the staff, both at the front desk and in the bar was fantastic. They took an interest in who we were and where we were from and nothing was too much trouble for them.

I cannot express enough how perfect location this hotel has. Everything a young couple (and probably everyone else) could wish for in Vienna is on a walking distance. The hotel itself is very clean and peaceful and the room was quite comfortable. Great, spacious bed, bath with a bathtub. Stuff - nice, polite and helpful. – Wardrobe was big with enough equipment to comfortably arrange our clothes.
– Room was spacious, super clean with modern furnishings.
– Bathroom had warm floor, hair dryer and soap + shampoo.
– We asked for quiet room, and we received it. We didn't hear what was going on in other rooms.

Great choice! The hotel do near the train station and also near the underground station. Also 5 mins walk to ALDI, 2 mins walk to a good restaurant. The reception is really helpful and welling to answer any question! The room is nice equipped. Free fitness and sauna! Recommend!!!!!
