The staff were excellent and very friendly. Dietmar was very accommodating and ensured that our visit was very great. Excellent staff - friendly, attentive, courteous, and willing to share lots of info about the local area. The breakfast and dinners were superb. Period. The wellness area was also very nice with multiple saunas, an indoor pool, and relaxation rooms overlooking the countryside. Rooms were spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. -

Everything, in particular the help afford by Peter who took the time to personally guide us to our apartment and help move our luggage in. He then guided me to the underground garage and gave me a ride back to the apartment. Couldn't ask for more. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Well appointed, clean and tidy each day.
