Heimgartl is perfectly located on the bank of the River Inn with a wonderful view over to the city on the other side. The room was very pretty, with a bay window overlooking the river. We
had a table and two chairs so we were able to picnic in our room. There
is a waterfall inbetween this hotel and the building next to it.
It's very close to the Alpenzoo; a steep walk up with switchbacks
through a lovely wooded area or a short drive to their parking lot. Road
noise with the windows open is problematic, but practically disappears
with windows shut. We enjoyed our night in watching German movies on the
room's tv

The studio was spacious, very bright and clean. Staff was welcoming and helpful. No smoking in the hotel itself either and the lounge was very pleasant. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent. Again smoking is not permitted inside which was a very nice change from other places in Austria that we stayed.

Set in a beautiful location at the base of mountains. This is a family run hotel and we enjoyed our stay, the restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. -
Everything...........This hotel is in the outskirts of Innsbrook, but very accessible with a bus that parks right outside the hotel and takes off every hour.

really enjoyed my stay for first three days so booked the. next three. without a car i am using the excellent innsbruck card the hotel provides to use public buses and multiple attractions. am really loving mountain walking all day and returning in evening to hearty dinners. great bar and swimming pool which are used on hot days after trekking

The location was very good for getting to Innsbruck. There was a bus
stop right outside the hotel that took you into the centre. Quite a
large comfortable, but basic room. Breakfast and evening meal were quite
good. The small resturant was non smoking. Free parking was a bonus. -

The Location, The price, the morning breakfast was abundant, not just a roll and beverage, and the staff. Thank you very much. For those on a budget, it's the place to be and it is a very short, direct walk to the train station. For those that can afford 5 star hotels , the Goldene Krone has all you need so why overpay?? - Delicious Breakfast
