  The house was fantastic, it felt like a welcoming home to return to thanks to the people who run the place. there was not a problem i could have that "JULIE" couldn't help solve, (Yep even car repairs, thanks Michael). Magnificently prepared room, great breakfast, comfy lounge, beautiful stained glass windows in the orsom stairway leading to my ro... τι λέει ο κόσμος » om. this place & the people of strahn made my Tasmanian holiday much better than i thought could be possible & my missus got a calender out of - We felt thouroughly spoilt at Franklyn Manor, enjoying the ambience and charm of this fine example of historic Tasmanian Architecture. Close to Risby Cove restaurants and a comfortable walk into Strahan. Very relaxing, we would recommend it to those who like to indulge in Tasmanian hospitality. Plenty to do while in the area too.

  We stayed in a studio room that was spacious, there was a balcony to sit outside and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times.   The town and shops were clean and very well presented. There were a lot of trees around which gave it a lovely atmosphere. The people were friendly and I felt quite safe there.
