The reception staff were particularly helpful. They were offering all
kinds of help before we had even asked for it.This included making
bookings for day trips , flights etc., and for caring for our luggage
while we were away for a few days. The cleaning staff were equally
helpful, making sure that we had everything that we would like to have.

We enjoyed a self contained villa/suite. We were welcomed warmly by Steve and our room was changed to be nearer to our family coming in from the bush. The accommodation was great and well serviced. Being associated with nearby Matso's was a bonus. We could walk or catch the bus to town, the markets, the Museum and Cable Beach. We got the regular shuttle to the airport. Tracey and Kate looked after us in reception. We wish we could have had access to our room for a bit longer - till 12 pm on the

I loved the friendly helpful staff. Location was excellent so easy to get anywhere. Room was very clean and comfortable. One of the best hotels I have stayed at at this level. Obviously not 5 star but a very well run establishment. Best was the lovely friendly and helpful staff. Can't thank them enough. Questions around what to do were answ

It's situated right in city centre, very convenient to shop and get access to any food you want.
Staffs are friendly and helpful, sometimes they even offer candies n chocolates to guest while waiting at lobby and my kids love it. The room is decent and comfortable though it looked old. Breakfast spread is the same everyday but its decent and tasty, nothing to complain about.

I love that the adult pool is separate from the main pool. It is such a
great concept that luxury hotels should embrace. The rooms are
comfortable with everything you need, the staff are accommodating,
polite and a credit to the management of this long standing hotel.
Breakfast buffet is a very good way to start the day. I couldn't
complain after

Practically everything but mainly the small things such as cool
refresher towel at airport, welcome sparkling wine on arrival,
L'Occitane bathroom products, having an adult pool, free airport
transfers, free shuttle into town to name a few. Great stay and will

This resort was a real surprise packet, did not realise something of this standard existed in exmouth. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which was a real treat! The apartment was clean, comfortable and fully equipped. The initial check in and car parking felt a little like we were in Amazing Race:) but once we sorted that out, the rest was a breeze. -

The unit was well appointed. Initially we stayed there as it also
included Foxtel however we were moved to a more suitable wheelchair
friendly accommodation not on the main complex and this didn't
include Foxtel. However this didn't interfere with our stay at all.
The amenities were much more than we hoped for and we would stay there
again. Value

We booked executive one bedroom apartment. Pleasant villa like accomodation with good facilities including parking right outside door. Great access to the beach and clifftop walk as well as a hotel and small complex of cafes, winebar. Very comfortable. Excellent value for money and some nice touches.

A fantastic apartment in a perfect location. Beautiful surroundings,
extremely clean, two bathrooms and two toilets and the icing on the
cake, was that when I rang to inform reception that we would be arriving
late, the manager went to our apartment and switched on the heating, so
it would be warm when we arrived. Now that's the little extras that

Rooms were well appointed, clean, sizable, 2 Bathrooms were brilliant, Kitchen spacious and good size, cooking facilities and Fridge good size, Dishwasher was great. A real Home from Home. Playground and BBQ area were great straight outside the back gate. Close to the beach and just down the road to Supermarket made it all a very good place to stay.

Almost all the staff were very helpful and friendly. They kept us a carpark just incase we needed it even though we didn't ask them to. Our room was upgraded without us asking and our request for a late checkout was granted. The pool was lovely and warm even on a cold winters day and the location was beautiful with access to great restaurants. We

I enjoyed the location beside the Swan River with quick access to wonderful restaurants. The pool was excellent and the availabilty of bikes to hire made the city and its environs within a healthy reach. The Yellow bus service to the city almost outside the door, quick access to automatic tellers, a local IGA and bottle shop near by added positively to the Sebel's great location.

Have stayed several times at esplanade river suites and always find it excellent value for money. Rooms are always very clean, bed is comfortable and I love their pillow menu. Breakfast was included in our rate and was a very nice buffet. Will definitely stay again -

Absolutely fantastic. I stayed at the Sebel Mandurah a few years back after it was just built. Now, about 4 years on, I wondered if the hotel would be in the same pristine condition. I needn't have wondered. The rooms were just as clean and as well maintained as they were when the place was new.

We got married in mandurah and although the wedding was not at the sebel, all the staff looked after our guests and ourselves and surprised us with a bottle of champagne and chocolates when we arrived back after the wedding. Lovely friendly staff, excellent location and cannot wait for our next stay!

I arrived at the hotel at 6.30 am in the morning very tired from an all
night flight. I explained my circumstances and they were very
understanding. They checked vacant/non-smoking rooms and with a bit
of discussion they gave me a room on the 10th floor with a wonderful
view of the river. I was so tired I tried to sleep but could not so went

Beautiful location overlooking Swan River. Easy walk along well maintained gardens to Perth Central . All staff were more than helpful and always smiled when I came back from the pub slightly worse fo wear! The guest laundry faciity was a blessing as I was running out of clean clothes quicker than expected. The business centre was useful to me too. Breakfast was plentiful with a varied choice (far too much for me!). The eggs benedict were a treat, I will be adding them to my hotel requirements
