Fantastic location with extensive Marina and restaurants in walking distance. Also great beach walking track and beach itself. Very good restaurant opposite complex. Clean and modern with easy access to rooms. Right on beachfront so good views from some rooms. Continental breakfast included . -

This was Me & my husbands first night away since our baby was born, (he is now 1yrs old) and the stay was exactly what we needed. Everything was there, it was child friendly and very roomy. Loved it and will defiantly come back. We have recommended it to Mr & Mrs Castlemain and they are staying this weekend. -

We arrived on a busy Friday prior to check in time. The staff directed us to a suitable location where we could have a nice lunch and then phoned us when the room was ready(prior to check in time). when I first booked on line I thought I had booked at another Adina that we had previous stayed at. After much stress getting to the hotel through peak hour Friday traffic we were very pleasantly surprised. Not only with the staff member that couldn't do enough for me. After months of backpacking we decided to treat ourselves to a bit of luxury, which we definitely got at Margaret's Beach Resort. Even before we arrived the staff were so helpful when we emailed to book a tour, and the welcome we got on arrival was brilliant. The apartment itself was fab and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back and stay for longer next time. Although it is a drive from Margaret river town it is right next to the beach and an all round great spot!!

The location was fantastic for a couple of geriatric wannabe teenagers. From there one could walk around the river basin, catch a ferry, bus or train. King's Park is a short stroll away, and all forms of shopping are relatively close by. The pool is adequate, and the front counter staff are friendly and helpful. -

Overall was really happy with the room - comfortable big bed, great shower and all the basic amenities I needed. Only a ten minute walk to the main shopping district but also a free bus directly out the door. I would definitely recommend getting a room with a balcony - it was perfect getting the warm sunshine coming through in the morning. -

Restaurant serves good food and the staff are very pleasant. Reception staff are also very accommodating. This is my preferred hotel in Perth so far.

Everything worked well. The chair/sofa was comfortable and King size bed was good. The curtains actually kept the sun out in the morning! -

Budget friendly hotel in Northbridge which is an excellent area for restaurants and entertainment. Clean, tidy and quiet with great bed and aircon and plenty of hot water. Friendly and efficient staff who did the very best for us - thank you. -

Have stayed several times at esplanade river suites and always find it excellent value for money. Rooms are always very clean, bed is comfortable and I love their pillow menu. Breakfast was included in our rate and was a very nice buffet. Will definitely stay again -

I loved the friendly helpful staff. Location was excellent so easy to get anywhere. Room was very clean and comfortable. One of the best hotels I have stayed at at this level. It's situated right in city centre, very convenient to shop and get access to any food you want.
Staffs are friendly and helpful, sometimes they even offer candies n chocolates to guest while waiting at lobby and my kids love it. The room is decent and comfortable though it looked old. Breakfast spread is the same everyday but its decent and tasty, nothing to complain about.

I booked to stay at the Esplanade Hotel as a surprise for my partners birthday, we could not have been happier with everything, in particular the staff at the reception desk as well as the concierge were extremely polite and helpful. Rate was very reasonable and as such I suspect we had a room yet to berenovated. However, the room was more than adequate for our needs, bothclean and comfortable, with good quality linen and towels. We receivedexcellent customer service delivered in a friendly manner. - The gentlemen who recieved us was just excellent and wellcoming.
