The friendly service, the design of the room, the sight over darling
harbor, the services available in room, laundry service was perfect,
breakfast was amazing because of the variety of food that was available
(asian, european, hot/cold), certainly not the cheapest hotel in
town but worthwhile every cent -

Bed was very comfy.
The room itself was also massive with a separate living area which had a massive TV as did the bedroom and loved the fact you could control everything by the remote if you wanted to.Staff were great

Coming from a Hotel Management background, I know what it means to make
people feel at home- I felt that everything was easy and effortless- by
this I mean that everything was seamless, and the staff all gave the
genuine impression that it was truly a pleasure to work there and look
after the guests. Nothing was a problem- everyone was exceptional

Sunday -
Our apartment with full kitchen, laundry and enormous bath was perfect for our family. It immediately felt homely with the bonus of comforts and amenities of a top class resort. The rainforest boardwalk was a joy to explore and the hotel was a convenient 5 minute drive to the town centre, or a 10 minute stroll to Tallow Beach. Complementary morning yoga on the verandah was also a lovely way to start the day. The staff were a stand-out; consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

Location is magnificent, the hotel is beautiful and very luxurious - I only wish we could have stayed more than one night to enjoy more of the facilities (we were in the area for a wedding)
Your staff were very helpful with maps and things to see in the area the following day. Will definitely stay again. -

were extremely helpful in trying to get a dr on Easter Sunday and not
trying to get us to leave on time. As we were unable to get dr we
decided to head home and see our dr if we could.

- staff were very helpful and we were there for our 35th wedding anniversary and a bottle of champagne was left in an ice bucket for our arrival courtesy of the hotel and on checking in, reception offered us another complimentary bottle of red wine

Their spa options were great, albeit a little pricey.
Staff were extra helpful and friendly.
The room was large and well designed. The best features included the bathroom with its own spa bath and the large balcony overlooking the golf course which was stunning.
Being a smoker, the ashtray on the balcony table was much appreciated and made the morning coffees more enjoyable.

We stayed for 3 nights mid week and it was the most enjoyable and relaxing place to stay...loved it. Our room had a lovely garden outlook...breakfast (included) was fantastic esp with the view from the restaurant. Spacious rooms, a very warm welcome and a beautiful pool and spa. The hotel turned out better than we expected. The staff were very friendly and informative, and the atmosphere was nice. The room was perfect; the appearance and set up as well as the cleanliness. On top of that, the spa and pool facilities were very good, and the dining was great too.

We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning.
