I requested a room with a view as this was a special occasion. The room had a great view overlooking the river and park across the street. Most probably one of the best stays I have had in a hotel. The facilities were great and everything was clean and in a working order. This was for sure value for money. -

I loved the apartment , very confortable and it was so very convenient
to city and Central Station. Very clean and comfortable - I may be
travelling to Brisbane again towards the end year and will certainly
consider they Rothbury for accommodatiion. -

I enjoyed your friendly helpful staff , the staff member even rembered me and that I'm an artist , from my last stay , I was very impressed ... She was brilliant - I'm female in my 40s - so I liked seeing women my age behind the desk ... Good to see !

I loved it all, the room was perfect, clean, had everything provided for a our stay. Staff were brilliant. One day we were leaving to go down town, and it was just starting to rain. We were immediately given an umbrella by the helpful staff behind the desk. Any questions that we had, were answered without any problems. -

Everything, it was well worth the money spent!! Nice apartment in a great location. All basic necessities provided including a complete kitchenette unit. Very near to all amenities and shopping areas. Woolworth food store is just downstairs and is of great help. The reception are very supportive and extremely courteous. Especially Ms.Emma has been of great help. We will return to Republic Apartment in our next visit to Brisbane.

Firstly as I was travelling with a friend - it was far more comfortable for us to have an apartment with a bedroom/bathroom each and enjoy the larger lounge area together and cook if we wanted to in our kitchen. Deceiving at first as the door to my room was off one of the carpark
levels (I was only on level 2). But open the door to a wonderful
surprise - a huge long apartment with good bed, full size dining table,
full size fridge, oven, cooktop, smallish lounge area with decent size
tv and a large outdoor patio area with dining set and sliding doors to
block out the nearby traffic.

On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful and very welcoming.
Carparking was easy - a fee of $35 but we already knew about that so it was not a surprise. Still reasonable for inner city secure parking.
The room itself was just lovely. Clean and new, modern and well decorated, I could find no fault. We had a one bedroom city-view apartment.

especially two of your employees Scott and Jeremiah (reception on the
29th June at 10am). Impeccable and excellent customer service, very
professional with a can do attitude. Meriton hospitality, one experience
for only four days absolute perfection, Customer care already mentioned,
Maintenance staff very polite and keep the room immaculate after every

I'm not sure why this place has received quite a few bad reviews, when I have nothing to complain about. The staff were lovely and very attentive, and helped us out with using the washing machine and fixing a window.

2 bedroom apartment had great living space and balcony. Staff most helpful during booking process and also on phone over weekend when office closed. Alliance Hotel right across the road served fabulous meals, friendly staff and lovely refurbished old pub. Also the little pizza joint was great too,cheap. 7/11 also next to that as well. Good vehicle parking access and great for getting from city around town and to airport. would definitely stay there again if apartment stay required.

I loved the fact that our sleeping area was separate to our living area
- all the amenities were superbly appointed. Lovely kitchen facilities
(not that we cooked) and I loved the fact that you had a coffee plunger
so we could have a long black first thing in the morning :) Overall we
felt that the Meriton offered great value and the location was excellent
with the northbank riverside boulevarde being so close. The views from

The location can't be beaten if you want to look at the city. We had
the trains and buses at the door and only a block away from Kurilpa
Pedestrian Bridge which gives access to the Southbank with only a 10 min
walk. Being right in the cbd was great and we enjoyed our evening views

The first time I stayed at Abbey apartments I booked a superior room but it was absolutely disgusting. Shocking! So this time I asked to make sure I really had a superior room as each time I paid extra for it. This time my room was lovely. Great value for money. Lovely furnishings, dishwasher, dryer,and washing machine. I appreciated that the improved things for me this time. I liked that the heating and cooling was so easy to control and fab location.

I discussed a problem at check-in and although the receptionist could not discuss my problem she relayed it to the duty manager who rang me soon after and offered a solution without hesitation. The food and service was excellent. - This Hotel is central to the city and also a short walk to suncorp stadium,so in great location,perfect for shopping
