Our stay was enjoyable. The staff in all areas of the Hotel were very obliging and helpful. We were both impressed with the level of service we received, this made us feel welcome. And would not consider staying anywhere else next time we return to Brisbane -

The facilities were beautiful, clean and exactly what we wanted for our weekend away. the concierge was always friendly and helpful when we needed help to find somewhere we were looking for and great meal places to go to and when we came in from our day out the staff were there to greet us and even offered a bottle of water as they seen it was hot

What a lovely hotel, its location is centre of Brisbane and the rooms are huge. My husband and myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The thing that absolutely sold me on this hotel was the service. From our arrival the check in staff and concierge were so helpful. Can't think of a time recently when I have received such consistently good customer service from an establishment!! The bedding was so soft and cossie and your snuggled right into the donna, had a fantastic night sleep. Normall

The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived till the moment we departed. Design and elegance of rooms and Hotel. Everything has been thought of down to bathroom lighting at night. Clean Eygyptian cotton white hygenically washed bed linen instead of re used bedspread expected for 5 star. Fabulous decor, wonderful attentive staff, 24 hour service, great location so close to excellent shops and restaurant and relaxing roof top pool. Value for money.
