Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location and the underground parking was really convenient, as I was lucky to get a spot before they filled up. - great location in older Sydney. Room overlooked a leafy lane. Restaurants excellent. Try the local tap house. Value for money.

Great customer service - I appreciated the phone call before I arrived and that I was asked if I wanted a room with a view. It was lovely to look out and see the lights of Sydney. lodge is just 15 min from Circular Quay, giving the opportunity to cross between the Bridge and the Sydney Opera House every time to get to the CBD. Nice place to stay, comfortable, clean, and you get nice staff to help you with any matter. You can cook by yourself in their kitchen and also wash your clothes
