Every single member of staff I encountered was friendly, helpful and professional. Very impressed! Some nice design touches both in the public areas as well as the bedroom. Very handy location. Breakfeast was enjoyable. Evening meal at the Quay very disappointing. NOT value for money. - Staff, room and hotel facilities were very good.

We have visited Brisbane several times, and this was the best hotel we have stayed in. The rooms are spacious,nicely furnished and very comfortable - and, given the extremely central location, amazingly quiet. This is an hotel without that 'just another hotel room' feel. Stepping into the 2 bedroom sub penthouse room was a step back in time and complete luxury. We loved the plush furnishings, the large space, functionality and elegant decor. The position is perfect, on the corner of Queen street mall yet no street noise. The paper delivery each morning was a nice touch as was fresh milk in the fridge. We would recommend the Royal Albert (especially the sub pent house apartments) to all.

It is located at an excellent venue across the Central Train Station. Makes it really convenient to move around right up to going to the airport. The staff were very helpful, especially Matthew! I requested a room with a view as this was a special occasion. The room had a great view overlooking the river and park across the street. Most probably one of the best stays I have had in a hotel. The facilities were great and everything was clean and in a working order. This was for sure value for money. -

Firstly as I was travelling with a friend - it was far more comfortable for us to have an apartment with a bedroom/bathroom each and enjoy the larger lounge area together and cook if we wanted to in our kitchen. Far more cost effective than 2 small rooms in a big Hotel! I had never been to Brisbane before so wanted to be central to city and enjo

Deceiving at first as the door to my room was off one of the carpark
levels (I was only on level 2). But open the door to a wonderful
surprise - a huge long apartment with good bed, full size dining table,
full size fridge, oven, cooktop, smallish lounge area with decent size
tv and a large outdoor patio area with dining set and sliding doors to
block out the nearby traffic.

On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful and very welcoming.
Carparking was easy - a fee of $35 but we already knew about that so it was not a surprise. Still reasonable for inner city secure parking.
The room itself was just lovely. Clean and new, modern and well decorated, I could find no fault. We had a one bedroom city-view apartment.

The room was large, well equipped and very clean. We had one of the top floors on the side so the ceiling was very high....made the room feel very spacious.
Staff was very accommodating and friendly and the location was perfect for our requirements.

There is a mini kitchenette and tools which are sufficient to cook a meal. The hotel staff was also friendly and he allowed us to place our baggages at a safe room while roaming about in the city prior to leaving for the airport. The hotel also has a phone to dial for the taxi which is very convenient for travellers who does not have a cellphone to book a taxi.

Our first im pression was the friendly helpful staff, arriving 9pm late
friday night. Very refreshing. Then it was the comfortable spacious room
with great views of the city lights. We could leave the car in secure
car park and walk to the shops. Ideal. Will definitely be back again .As

We loved the view from our room and the fact that the 2 bedrooms were completely separate. Excellent room service, location was just perfect, close to shops and transport. Plenty of room in the apt, didn't feel like we were on top of one another. Great having the 2 bathrooms too! Would definitely stay here again.
