Room looked basic from decor perspective but had facilities over &
above what I expected (tea & coffee, mini fridge, iron & board).
Everything worked & room v v clean. Asked for "high &
quiet" room which I got. Arrived an hour early & was offered
alternative room as opposed to original room booked which wasn't
quite ready.

Amazing for the price. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews but this place is a gem. Cheap and right in the heart of the city. The room was small but perfect for a single. Air conditioning, TV, kettle, fridge, wardrobe, iron, ensuite and quiet. I've paid twice this for a comparable room in a comparable location. No hesitation in recommending and will definitely stay here again. -
I read lots of very negative on-line reviews about this hotel; so upon arrival, I was apprehensive. But I was surprised - location was perfect for the price I pay. Service was good and my room, towel and linen were clean. I would recommend this hotel again to any solo traveller especially ones on business trips. I wouldn't recommend it to a family on long holiday trips as size of standard room is small.

I liked that they let me leave my luggage in the hotel before check in because i was going to soundwave. The breakfast was delicious and excellent value for money. I lived how it was right next to the station. I would've gone and had a drink at the pub/nightclub, but was knackered from soundwave. -

Our stay was enjoyable. The staff in all areas of the Hotel were very obliging and helpful. We were both impressed with the level of service we received, this made us feel welcome. And would not consider staying anywhere else next time we return to Brisbane -

It is located at an excellent venue across the Central Train Station. Makes it really convenient to move around right up to going to the airport. The staff were very helpful, especially Matthew! What a lovely hotel, its location is centre of Brisbane and the rooms are huge. My husband and myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The thing that absolutely sold me on this hotel was the service. From our arrival the check in staff and concierge were so helpful. Can't think of a time recently when I have received such consistently good customer service from an establishment!! The room was large, well equipped and very clean. We had one of the top floors on the side so the ceiling was very high....made the room feel very spacious.

There is a mini kitchenette and tools which are sufficient to cook a meal. The hotel staff was also friendly and he allowed us to place our baggages at a safe room while roaming about in the city prior to leaving for the airport. The hotel also has a phone to dial for the taxi which is very convenient for travellers who does not have a cellphone to book a taxi.

Our first im pression was the friendly helpful staff, arriving 9pm late
friday night. Very refreshing. Then it was the comfortable spacious room
with great views of the city lights. We could leave the car in secure

We loved the view from our room and the fact that the 2 bedrooms were completely separate. Excellent room service, location was just perfect, close to shops and transport. Plenty of room in the apt, didn't feel like we were on top of one another. Great having the 2 bathrooms too! Would definitely stay here again.

Cheap but comfortable and very clean. Free wifi and parking. The hotels you pay $200+ for per night don't even give you that. The rooms are small but not claustrophobic. I have stayed in high end resorts with rooms not much bigger. Very easy to get a taxi, walking distance to queen street, easy to find, would definitely stay here again. -
