Very friendly staff who didn't mind being woken at 3am for keys and queries nor did they mind us turning up late for breakfast.
Very convenient very clean very comfortable.
Shame we didn't get time for pool.
Short but very sweet stay.

Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel

I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

It was very comfortable, clean and staff were friendly. We just arrived from a 13hour flight and the staff were happy to allow us to check in early. Which was fantastic and we were very grateful. -

Love the oaks on felix - great location near to Botanical gardens, riverwalk, great restaurants, shops, etc. Very comfortable and especially like the kitchens, washer/dryers,balconies. Pay a bit more and get balcony facing river and Storey Bridge. No business facilities, but staff are very helpful. -

spacious. separate study with fold out mattress thing. Lounge not a sofa, but spacious & comfortable. Walk to Eagle street pier. Very good value for money. Must pre-book parking, fills up quickly. -

Mantra had entered the wrong dates into my booking. When I contacted them (after my stay) with the error, they immediately refunded the difference that I'd had to pay for the upgraded room. They were very friendly and helpful in correcting their error. -
