  The room was great and most of the staff was great, there was one desk clerk that was a bit ditsy, the rest were very professional and helpful. Pool was great and room was beautiful and comfortable - The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean.

  The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean. I had forgotten that our room had a full mini- kitchen (refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave) so that was a nice surprise when we walked in. The pool was heated and the hotel provided pool towels.   When we checked in Angela at the front desk was so very helpful. Because we are in our 80's she was offering us a room on the first floor so we would not have to worry with elevators but we chose to be higher so we could use the balcony and watch the ocean.   Very nice hotel in a perfect location. Was there to take my son to college orientation. Will be staying there frequently over the next four years! - The breakfast was excellent. The room was excellent. Didn't get a chance to relax in the pool. Overall a good stay.

  Everything. The room we were booked for was not the right one, so the manager of the hotel gave us the Suite on the 10th floor which was 525 sq ft for the same price. I cannot how extremely we were with the hotel, the staff and the cleaning staff. They were available for all our questions, extremely helpful. Clearly the best hotel I have ever stay - The customer service, how clean the room was, and the location were excellent features of this hotel. After spending one night listening to dogs barking and whining we requested to be moved to another room and a wonderful room was found for us on the 5th floor of another building. The view from our room was exactly what we were in Myrtle Beach for. I will recomend Springmaid Resort to my friends and look forward to visiting again.
