  The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean. I had forgotten that our room had a full mini- kitchen (refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave) so that was a nice surprise when we walked in. The pool was heated and the hotel provided pool towels. Breakfast was very good and the sweet lady making the waffle was wonderful! Was worried about the street noise, but did not hear it at all and our room as only metres away. Friend forgot his reading glasses and the hotel called as soon as they were found.

  When we checked in Angela at the front desk was so very helpful. Because we are in our 80's she was offering us a room on the first floor so we would not have to worry with elevators but we chose to be higher so we could use the balcony and watch the ocean.   Everything. The room we were booked for was not the right one, so the manager of the hotel gave us the Suite on the 10th floor which was 525 sq ft for the same price. I cannot how extremely we were with the hotel, the staff and the cleaning staff. They were available for all our questions, extremely helpful. Clearly the best hotel I have ever stay - The customer service, how clean the room was, and the location were excellent features of this hotel. The staff were friendly, polite and ensured we were attended to. This will become a regular destination for us.

After spending one night listening to dogs barking and whining we requested to be moved to another room and a wonderful room was found for us on the 5th floor of another building. We will ask for that building next time we stay at the Springmaid Resort! - This was our first time at Springmaid Resort. It was a very pleasurable stay. The accomdations were all that we could have asked for. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They made us feel that they truly cared that we had a good experience at their resort. The view from our room was exactly what we were in Myrtle Beach for. I will recomend Springmaid Resort to my friends and look forward to visiting again.

It was beautifully appointed, each bedroom had a luxury ensuite bath. There were 3 balconies - each BR had balcony access. The kitchen was very nice with all accessories needed, granite counters, etc. We had a wonderful time and had absolutely no complaints.
