  The room was great and most of the staff was great, there was one desk clerk that was a bit ditsy, the rest were very professional and helpful. Pool was great and room was beautiful and comfortable - The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean.

  When we checked in Angela at the front desk was so very helpful. Because we are in our 80's she was offering us a room on the first floor so we would not have to worry with elevators but we chose to be higher so we could use the balcony and watch the ocean. Staff knew us by name. Enjoyed all of the extra amenities. Beautiful continental breakfast, wine & cheese reception in afternoon and the milk & cookies ( home baked!) in the evening. Turn down service and newspaper in the morning. Valet parking and free use of the bicycles made the stay!

  Everything. The room we were booked for was not the right one, so the manager of the hotel gave us the Suite on the 10th floor which was 525 sq ft for the same price. I cannot how extremely we were with the hotel, the staff and the cleaning staff. They were available for all our questions, extremely helpful. Clearly the best hotel I have ever stay - The customer service, how clean the room was, and the location were excellent features of this hotel. The staff were friendly, polite and ensured we were attended to. This will become a regular destination for us.

  The staff was wonderful and very accomodating. We had originally been booked in a "pet building", I don't know how, we don't even have a pet. After spending one night listening to dogs barking and whining we requested to be moved to another room and a wonderful room was found for us on the 5th floor of another building. We will ask for that building next time we stay at the Springmaid Resort! - This was our first time at Springmaid Resort. It was a very pleasurable stay. The accomdations were all that we could have asked for. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They made us feel that they truly cared that we had a good experience at their resort. The view from our room was exactly what we were in Myrtle Beach for. I will recomend Springmaid Resort to my friends and look forward to visiting again.

It was a bit more family oriented than we expected for a "girls trip" but nonetheless, it was a beautiful, clean, peaceful vacation spot.
