  The staff was awesome at every level. The landscaping was so, so pretty. Having the pool and hot tub right on the water made it even more relaxing. The hotel has it's on oceanfront so it's easy to walk on the water and pick up stones and see crabs any time. Great food, too. - Location, Location, Location View is lovely!   My wife and I have stayed at the Samoset Resort a number of times and the staff has always been accommodating and extremely friendly. Meals in the restaurant are excellent and the ambiance (both in the restaurant and in the hotel) couldn't be better - summer or winter. - The pool was beautiful and had a family friendly atmosphere. It's in a lovely setting right on the water. Unfortunately, we were there in mid-fall. I'd definitely go back during a summer.
