  The Stage Neck Inn was located on York Harbor and has a lovely water view. The staff is very polite and quite attentive and welcoming. Our room was an Upper Beach Room which had a distant view of the beach across the parking lot. If you are able to and there is availability, we strongly suggest that you book a close up water view. Do try the Lobster Rolls! - Sni was beautiful, had excellent food and very friendly staff. It was very clean, comfortable and well-run. Free cookies, coffee, hot chocolate, cider, and other beverages were provided daily for free. We had the Bed & Breakfast package with a full breakfast buffet daily. Two really good restaurants. It's in a lovely setting right on the water. Unfortunately, we were there in mid-fall. I'd definitely go back during a summer.

  We have chose to stay twice at Harraseeket Inn over the past five years during vacations to Maine from SD. The Inn allows those who visit to escape from the rush of life. The staff is top notch and answer all questions we have about the area. Every room is decorated using historical beauty and the beds are very comfortable. T - Everything. This Inn was everything that you would dream to find in a New England establishment. From the 23 fireplaces, great included breakfast food choice and afternoon tea to the friendly and helpful staff and the terrific and free pick up service from the train to the hotel. The Tavern in the Inn offered a great selection of food with a warm and welcoming service from staff.

  Very nice hotel. Our room was a king suite with a small private deck off the bedroom, spacious living area. Very clean and it didn't smell like a hotel usually does which was a bonus. The hotel was very nicely decorated for the season. Parking garage was nice as it was cold when we left and we didn't have to be outside long. Glass drink glasses and wine glasses! (Not plastic) thanks!! Liked the indoor parking with elevator access. Suggestion: for "ogunquit as destination" you might want to include antiquing.....tho' that might come under "shopping"

Bookings.com, they could not change the price of the room.   The location was excellent and so very beautiful. Loved the Marginal Way walk watching the sun come up and all the beautiful rocks and waves. Also loved so much the huge beach at low tide where we could walk for miles. The town is wonderful! Glad that we went off season, too. Could enjoy our walks in town and gift shopping without crowds. Loved the fact that the duvet covers were washed for each new guest, that was priceless! - Everything was perfect. The room was very confortable, the staff was great and very helpful.   My wife and I have stayed at the Samoset Resort a number of times and the staff has always been accommodating and extremely friendly. Very central to excellent restaurants like Hugo's and Eventide. Also, excellent harbor views and close to harbor walking trails. Breakfast buffet included in room price was outstanding.
