  The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. It had the feel of a traditional seaside hotel, which I like. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. - We loved this hotel because breakfast is until 11:30 and we usually miss it

  eigentlich gar nichts - lediglich das freie Parken - The Gleneagles is one of the better hotels that I have stayed in recently. The ground floor double room with it's own rear entrance to (limited spaces) car parking was well worth the budget price. I found the staff/owner friendly and attentive and can happily recommend this hotel. - Central, yet ... was die leute sagen » peaceful, position in Southend. Close to everything that Southend has to offer, but the hotel is an oasis of calm and tranquility. Clean room, friendly service, and a proper cooked breakfast served to you at your table, to set you up for the day.
