We stayed in room 8 and it was just as amazing as the pictures we saw on here. Huge walk in shower and free standing bath tub. Very comfortable bed and astonishing view from the private balcony. Tim and his staff were very welcoming and attentive. Jake the dog was adorable. The cottage itself is very homely and we felt very comfortable during our 3 day stay. It snowed heavily during our stay and the staff even cleared the snow from our car - We stayed in the Bowness suite and it was beautiful, we could not fault a thing at this place, will return soon

A beautiful hotel in a great location. A warm and friendly atmosphere. Very helpful hosts. Lovely rooms, and a fantastic view from the coniston room which we stayed in. Especially on easter sunday morning, with the snow. A gorgeous breakfast, and dining room. Everything about this hotel was fantastic, would definetly return back, and reccomend. - W
